Just visited here today for the first time with no registration. The lady at door that do register the patients was very kind and polite. She helped me with registration.

This hostel is dreadful. The staff are very unhelpful and unfriendly. I arrived late because my flight was delayed. They made a song and dance of me arriving at 11pm and tried to charge me €5 extra for it. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were very old and very lumpy. They didn't seem interested in offering me any help. I asked to leave my bag for a bit while I got lunch and even that was a big deal and was told I had to be back by2pm or I couldn't leave it. They wouldn't call me a taxi so I walked next door to a shop and they ordered me one, no problem. I felt unwelcome and it was as if my presence was an inconvenience as opposed to a benefit to their business. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone. It was also difficult to find, poorly signposted and even the key they gave me didn't work, and when I told them this, I was told it was my fault. An awful stay at a very sub standard hostel.

Is 10 langeliu, viesajame laukiamajame, dirba 3 moterys, aptarnauja ~4 klientus ir stojasi ir kazkur iseina, kazkiek rotuojasi tarpusavyje, o zmoniu sedi, laukia, virs 20. Registracija visiskai neisprendzia problemos, kad arba truksta darbuotoju arba kad darbuotojos tiesiog visiskai nesistengia aptarnauti kuo daugiau klientu, nes jom matyt atlyginime nefiguruoja aptarnautas klientu skaicius. Reikia pertvarku.

Absurdo komedija: arba kaip įmonė kuri valgo už mokesčių mokėtojų pinigus numetinėja ragelį, tiesiog pokalbio metu. Prisiskakbinti nėra šansų nei ryte nei vakare. Laukti visada tiek pat virš 20 min, o jei atsiliepia tai užduoda klausimus kurie buvo turbūt dar sovietmiečiu sugalvoti. Vienu žodžiu įstaiga kuriai giliai poxui ant visų ir ant visko. O jūs durneliai neturit kur dingti vistiek...... ...
