Ok, this is sort of a weird review because I encountered the owner of this business on a Sunday evening when I was trying to build my own website. I wasn’t planning on hiring anyone as I feel I’m pretty tech-y and felt that I could do most of the stuff to promote my new business myself. But when I found myself unable to move pictures around on my Squarespace website one Sunday night, I decided to call around to some random website designers to see if by some miracle, someone might answer the phone and help me. I knew it was a long shot, but I had worked on the problem for hours and my frustration level had reached new heights.

Much to my amazement, Phyllis answered her phone, and not only did she tell me how to fix my problem, she also gave me a couple of hints as to how to optimize my site, without me even asking. I was so impressed by Phyllis’ professionalism and just good old-fashioned helpfulness, that I decided to ask her about using her services to both develop my website and to promote my business on social media. As much as I like working with technology, at 66 years old, social media is quite a challenge for me and after hearing Phyllis’s plan for enhancing my website, I was excited to hand that task off to someone who actually knew something.
Since that time, Phyllis has become an integral part of my business, and I recommend her to anyone who will listen. The increase in my online traffic has more than made up for the investment I made to enhance my website presence. I am very happy Phyllis answered her phone.
