If you are looking for a job, I would steer clear of Synaptic. They will breeze you through interviews just to tell you what you want to hear. I lived in Mentor, and they told me they 'had an office in Mentor' in an attempt to get me to drive to Independence every day. On my first day, the employees looked at me clueless as I asked about this mythological Mentor office.
The job itself is selling phones at grocery stores. When onboarded, I was told my base salary would be around 40k, but my checks had $10.10 as the hourly wage. Know that the remaining money was commissions they expect you to make.
With that sweet $10/hr wage, you are expected to wear real authentic suits as you drive as far as two hours to your assigned store every day after meeting for a cult-like morning briefing in their office. As someone that was looking for a job around the holidays, me falling for these false promises resulted in me not able to find a job well after the holiday month was over. Flash forward a year later, one of my friends fell for the exact same employment scheme through them, therefore I feel compelled to write MY BRIEF EXPERIENCE as a Synaptic employee.

Interview process is a complete joke. You start off in a GROUP interview which is just weird, uncomfortable, unprofessional and a waste of time considering they rush your answers. If u move on you get interviewed by a marketing director who says they will get back to you then never does.

So a few things I’ve picked up from my time at Synaptic.
1. The people here are absolutely amazing, it really is a great team environment the atmosphere and people helping people model has really helped me not only grow professionally but personally.
2. The experience and knowledge provided to me on a daily basis is well beyond any work experience I have ever had before. People going out of there way to teach you things and help you develop is amazing.
3. It has taught me a lot about time and money management as well most employers will never sit you down and go through your expenses. But they do here and if you are struggling with time management they will help you with that too.
4. The Vibes are Immaculate!! It’s not for everyone but the opportunity is no joke. But you have to be willing to put the work in

Zion was my representative at Sam's club. He was extremely polite professional knowledgeable helpful. He knew the products well and the sale special and saved me money off of my bill. If my future with AT&T is the same as my experience in changing carriers I will definitely be an AT&T customer for life.

Zion- The very best sales representative your company could have possibly appointed to his position. Beyond friendly and has phenomenal communication skills. This is the type of person every company wants working for them. Someone willing to go above and beyond and on top of that show initiative.
