Kyle was so willing to step in and figure out where things had gone wrong with my computer, then get them corrected in the most efficient and cost-effective way. I heartily recommend him and his work! He knows what he is doing and how to analyze a problem and find the right solution. He even offered, "Feel free to call if you have questions!" We are very grateful for his help!

Kyle was able to capture the data off our computers hard drive and restore it seamlessly to a new computer. He purchased the computer at our direction, set up and restored all data. Kyle is very easy to work with and very good at what he does. We would highly recommend him and will not hesitate to use his services in the future.

Kyle was personable, knowledgeable and quick to help. We have an old computer that needed upgrading and he was able to import my contacts which had been deleted by another company. I can now call him and have him talk me through issues if they arrive. He is honest and charges very reasonable fees. I recommend him to anyone who needs help.
