Ironically, this might be the worst public relations experience I’ve ever had. After a dental appointment, I decided to explore some professional offices in the center. I walked into an insurance agency and had a great conversation, found a few useful services, and then came across this PR firm.

The sign on the door said to ring the bell, so I did. Instead of being greeted professionally, someone spoke to me through the closed door without even opening it. He asked who I was looking for, and I explained that I might need some public relations services. His response? 'Go to the website.'

Between the noise from traffic and planes overhead, I could barely hear him, and the whole interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. If this is how they handle potential clients, I can only imagine what their actual PR work is like.

If I could give zero stars, I would—but apparently, Google requires at least one. Save yourself the trouble and find a firm that actually understands the meaning of public relations
