Okay! Would give 10 stars if I could! Let’s break it down:

My husband surprised me with a Valentines Dinner here. They’ve only been open a couple of weeks so I had no idea!

He reserved a table in advance with a special Valentines Day menu. He said reserving it was very easy.

We arrived, large parking lot so no issues parking. Easy to drive to and convenient location.

After entering we were greeted by a very nice hostess and immediately seated.

Our table was already decked out and ready for us. Immediate service bring us water. Everything looked so nice!

The lit menu showing the courses for the night and the wine list was a super cool touch! Did not expect that! (Also spoiler alert the check later is also lit up!)

Our server Marissa was an absolute gem! There’s not a single thing I would change about our night! I was genuinely surprised at how knowledgeable she was for only being open a couple of weeks. I’ve been a server before so I expect people to still figure things out but she was 100/10! Would go back just for her!

Our food was amazing. First course was an edible scallop dish that honestly was almost too pretty to eat. Second course was the choice between a salad or tomato bisque. My husband got the salad and said it was great. My bisque was so good I asked if they had a grilled cheese on the regular menu because it would be absolute fire. Of course they do (Marissa sold us on that!) so we have to come back! Entree was surf and turf and everything about it was amazing both by taste and visually. Dessert was the best cheesecake I’ve ever had. Ever. And chocolate covered strawberries as well which was the icing on top!

Drink wise-our Valentine Day special came with champagne. We also got other drinks that were all amazing. I got the French 75 and the Aviation. My husband got the Whiskey Sour and the Old Fashioned. Divine.

Honestly super surprised this place is only a couple of weeks old. It’s such a well oiled machine that I expected it to be something that had been here for a couple of decades!

Ambiance was great. Music was just the right level. Lights were dimmed to the right level. Noise was minimal. And the windows showed the gorgeous view outside.

We are on day 2 of our vacation and already plan to go back with the entire family!

Thank you Marissa and everyone who made our first visit one to remember!

I am excited to share a 5 Start Review for The Lounge E3 Kitchen in Steamboat. We enjoyed dinner in the Lounge/Bar area and the food, atmosphere, drinks and service were outstanding. We sat at the bar and our bartender Allie was a delight. We had great service, yummy drinks and food. We shared several small sharable dishes and one entrée and everything was above and beyond delicious. The whole menu looked amazing and we look forward to going back to try more. I loved the mix of Asian fusion (Shrimp Shumai Dumplings and the Green Bean side), the Mediterranean flatbread, and the Southwestern Quail over a tamale. So many flavors and cuisines represented, all done to perfection. This place is going to be VERY popular. I also love the cozy fireplace seating, which we will try next time. It's great to see E3 growing its market in Steamboat. Bon Appetite!

Amazing food. Love the craft cocktails. Such a cool ambience. Great happy hour spot in the lounge & date night spot in the dining room. Has an amazing view from the inside.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at E3 Lounge in Steamboat Springs! Our group of 17 was the first to enjoy their private dining experience, and from start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and seamless. The food and drinks were top-notch, with every dish thoughtfully prepared and delicious.

Beyond the incredible dining experience, the team (especially Haley) at E3 was a pleasure to work with. Communication was smooth, and they made the entire process effortless. If you're looking for a great spot for a private event or just an amazing meal, we highly recommend E3 Lounge. We’ll definitely be back!

This new edition to Steamboat Springs feels rushed to have opened, certain details overlooked and disorganized.
I’ve given it 3 separate tries, and been disappointed each time.
We have tried nearly half of the cocktail menu, and half of the food menu.
- The servers we’ve had each time seem to be green and too scattered in the restaurant.
- The ambiance is a huge improvement from 3 Peaks with the exception of the restroom and rickety lounge dining chairs.
Overall the space looks great, just doesn’t feel great.
- The food is lackluster at best. The fondue is a far cry from true fondue. The burger was served on a cold bun with warm soft fries. The salads were palatable, but overly topped with accoutrements. The meatballs were actually the best thing we had.
- The cocktails were all unbalanced and wildly different each time we went in.
My hope is that they can figure out how to right their ship. This restaurant is staged to do well, it just needs help and a lot of it.
Best of luck 🤞🏻

Such good food and amazing service! The bison meatballs are so good and such a perfect snack. The lobster was absolutely delicious. Our bartender Hannah helped me decide on a drink and nailed it perfectly. The lounge has such a cozy environment and the comfiest bar chairs I’ve ever sat in. I will definitely be coming back!

We made this reservation specifically because they advertised happy hour at the time we wanted to be there. When we tried to order happy hour drinks we were informed that happy hour only applied if we ordered at the bar. So I tried to go and order drinks at the bar and the grouch behind the bar just says "No. You can order from your server".
For some reason, calling ahead and making a reservation disqualifies you from happy hour pricing. It's a ridiculous and misleading policy. The bartender was incredibly unpleasant and seemingly irritated at being asked to serve us drinks. I did not push the matter with him in any way.

Other than that, I had the porkchop. It was OK. Everyone else seemed to love their other dishes so take that for what you will. Our table server was fantastic and friendly. Eager to answer questions and above and beyond in his responses. He redeemed the night in spite of much of the frustration we had in regards to the aforementioned matter. I would give service 5 stars if he was the only one we had interacted with. Grumpy Gary behind the bar is why I only put 3.
