These people think that giving assignments to potential employees is a good job interview tactic, then have you submit your work before inviting you into the interview where you're expected to present your findings while they play hard ball with you. So basically if you want to join their team, don't be a parent and don't be currently employed. The vague directions and project they will give you will require several hours of work to do for free to probably not get hired.
Also be prepared for virtual team members to join your interview and the on-site staff to not know how to work their AV equipment which will cause about 10-15 minutes of awkward silence while you wait for your interview to start.
Their recruiter is amazing but the rest of the team tries to play the good cop/bad cop game. I got a weird vibe the entire time I was there, and constantly wondered if I could just get up and leave mid-interview. Could not get away from these people quicker.
There are far better agencies in Columbus to work for.
