First, I rarely write a negative review. Most often, I prefer to focus on the positive. This is my only one star review out of ten current reviews.

The Social Network Crash.
I engaged the Social Sharks, and I feel incredibly upset about this co. They made claims that they cared about their clients and services, and I trusted them.

They provided half the services promised that they received compensation for, and

I also paid for two services in advance. Both services were botched, and after continually persisting- I received a refund for one of them.

The other costly service was not delivered, and Ryan at The Social Sharks refuses to compensate me altho i have proof the service was not provided. It has been a most disappointing experience.

I was skeptical at first but I can honestly agree with the other reviews here that The Social Sharks never once made me feel like another "customer", they made me feel like a valued client...actually like a person. Stephen Howe and his design team never expressed any impatience or frustration with my suggestions and they were actually more excited about my business than I think I was because of the gentle reminders on proposals.

I only wish that other companies out there were following this example of great service and individual attention to the person. The Social Sharks is a small company with big impact looking out for the little guy and we need more companies like that.
