The Rome YMCA has been on Thrive's platform for almost one year and I can't say enough good things about the platform and the Thrive team. From implementation, through training and now with support they have been a joy to work with. I had zero experience managing a website when we switch to Thrive and they have made the learning process easy and they always cheerfully answer questions and help me learn how to use the power of the site to accomplish whatever we are wanting to do with our site. Dominick Thumel typically picks up my support tickets when I request help . He is patient, knowledgeable and fun to work with. Just today he created a short video to show me how to accomplish a task in Events that I was struggling with. Five stars to Dominick and the whole Thrive team.
