Wonderful breakfast cooked to order at Hotel Indigo! Chef Shon delivered a 5 star breakfast; her passion shines through in all the dishes. Well worth a short wait for a cooked-to-order meal. 🙂

We had the complimentary breakfast because we stayed overnight at the Indigo. It was really good and they were nice enough to package up one for someone who hadn’t come downstairs yet.
The night before, we came down to have some cocktails and dessert and found they were short staffed. Everything took quite a while to get to us, but the young man working by himself had a smile on his face despite clearly being stressed out and overwhelmed. We appreciated his attitude! The desserts were really good, Brownie a la mode and bread pudding. I kind of wished the bread pudding had been warmed up, but the taste was great!
It was a nice atmosphere and I definitely recommend eating here not only for the complimentary breakfast.

Good service, but the food was mediocre at best and resembled a cheap diner more than an Indigo hotel. Both the Yogurt with Granola and the Eggs Benedict were blend. The cappuccino came out of an automatic machine vs. actual steamed milk and espresso. Disappointing.

Not bad for a hotel breakfast!

I had the breakfast burrito with fruit, a few pieces of bacon and a slice of toast. Service was quick, friendly, and the area was clean. No complaints at all on service side. I would have liked the burrito to be a little cheesier, but it was still good.

Denise & Shon were amazing. Even with being short staffed, they all rose to the occasion. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fun.

Breakfast was top notch!!! Eggs are delicious! Food was hot and the waitress was excellent… we were very excited because dinner the night before was a disappointment…

Service was always polite and quick. The breakfast brioche French toast was delicious. It’s a little pricey for what it is but that’s what you can suspect for convenience.

The “steak” was less than a quarter inch thick and I had asked for it rare (not knowing thickness). It came out med-well/well, was WAY over peppered, and tough as nails. The broccoli was nothing special and the rice mix was something compared to what I could buy in a frozen food section.

The cheese quesadilla met the standards of our kiddos, but the chips were full of pepper, and the sour cream had miscellaneous specks throughout it. Also, somehow even the lemonade (presumably from the bar gun) was awful. While we like the hotel a lot, our dining experience left much to be desired.
