in 2019 ordered items for our employee picnic, had an issue with logos, Joan and her team handled it all, quickly and professionally. Items were corrected by vendor, which was handled by Trademark so I didn't have to deal with it. Wouldn't have had the items corrected or in time if not for the Trademark team!
