Well. I was going to say it was a different kind of day! Arrived, and customer wasn't quite ready for what "They Ordered" .. I have been in trucking, with my company 24+ years.
As I tried to assist this customer with their delivery, I do my best. I have been videoing my loads lately to post for all to enjoy. This particular delivery started out interesting for sure! They were unable to receive, unload what They Ordered! Their forklift was only rated for 5,000#.. coil to receive was 9,000# plus.
As I tried to give some kind of "been there done that" suggestions, they came up with a solution. I was surprised when I later reviewed the video to edit and post. The mouth, and F U attitude from the Owner (in video) and forklift operator was amazing! I'm really glad I did not review it before I left the location. I really hope this was a One Time thing with these people. It was a hot Friday delivery? Just know, people talk trash behind your back, even when You are trying to help Them?
