I go into the Memorial Drive Truist bank on Saturdays to make deposits. I went today as I have plans tomorrow. The male teller, who has taken my business checks, was standing to the right of the teller who gave me a hard time. She is working in the middle of another teller to the left who has also taken my business checks. They said nothing when I said that they have taken my checks many times. I have made these deposits for over 20 years. SSA writes checks out to individual attorneys, who do the disability hearing, not the firm. She told me Truist is doing things differently now. I told her I am following the instructions that were recently given to me ( by the gentleman on the right who ignored what I enduring) writing the account number and for deposit only on the check. I explained that the SSA check is made out to my employee, signed (an attorney who is paid a salary) and is endorsed under the employee by me and goes into the business bank account. She said I need to speak to the manager, but she’s not available right. Now, I have to go to a different bank. Something should be done about this location that has a low number of stars and these tellers who did nothing to help me. I just went to another Truist bank and made the deposits with no trouble I will be calling the corporate Truist office.

This bank has been horrible since day one. I’ve been on the phone from the time I opened the account. I don’t advise no one to open an account with this bank. I’ve filed disputes with my bank due to unauthorized transactions and they put the money back on my card then took it back. They also put online a 400.00 deposit for new customers signing up with at least a deposit of 1000.00 or more. The worst experience I’ve ever had with banking in my life.

There are many good perks listed online for accounts at Truist but you won't get them at this branch unless you push to get them. I worked with the manager and one other desk person over a period of three weeks and they were clueless as to what services Truist actually offers. Seriously, they were not capable of handling even the smallest details of Truist banking. I did find one male teller who was excellent, but that's about it.

Alexandra torres the teller was very rude she took my card asked in a very rude tone is this a buisness card you need to sign this slip and make sure your signature matches exactly well I have been banking with you for 6 years my signature has not change and I come into the bank every week than instead of placing my card in the slot to return it to me she throws it that was uncalled for she needs to be retained in customer service and not treat a customer as a if they are disturbing her

Very rude. The tellers were giggling and laughing amongst themselves while handling my transactions. When I entered the bank I advised I was new. The tellers just stared at me while I was trying to figure out who's line to stand in then finally pointed me over to the gentleman at the end named Rashard though none of the lady tellers had any customers in line. Rashard advised I would need cash to continue my transaction and I went to go grab it. When I return he asked me to repeat the amount of the money order I needed. When I responded about the total I needed, he responded that that's not what he asked and that he would need the amounts of the separate money orders. Again, I am new and so, how would I know the max money order amounts? Wouldn't it have been common sense to just divide the money order according to the total needed? My daughter also asked for a lollipop, I did as well, a teller snapped at my daughter when she asked for a lollipop. The tellers then continued to laugh as I finished my transaction. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time there.

I never experience so rude people (two black guy) in Sun Trust bank.
We (Company and me )banking in Sun Trust from very beginning and
Service is very good.Today (4/12/2016) I come accidentally in this brunch at 3:15 pm to put deposits (6) on our accounts, but told me that is to much
and because closing at 4:00pm will not process my deposits
My question is: Who keep this rude uncivilized people in this bank? Please do not bank in this brunch. We will consider other banks.

Convenient spot, helpful when needed. I gave 4 stars because I've noticed they close early sometimes. Though I was let in one time when I went to the door (during reopening phase of coronavirus), but other times, the drive-thru was closed for no apparent reason and that was before coronavirus.
