Underwood Law office's secretaries /receptionists are extremely rude and disrespectful to people calling. And Attorney Underwood NEVER returns calls and in my opinion, people need to seek other counsel.

This attorney and his secretary are very rude. I was hung up on when I asked for his bar number so that I may inquire about him with the Bar Association. I had to call the County Attorney to have them contact Jim. Booooooo

His duty is first to the court second to his court appointed Clint maybe excellent if you have the money to pay but my opinion is that of my own poor contact practice I called a three weeks in a row finally 3 times in one week and then received a call the day of court unfortunately didn't receive voicemail about court till the day after but in said voicemail he says I didn't get a letter out to you but even if I had it when I made it to you in time so can you make it down here to court today. Long story short not my first choice

My lawyer never contacted me after calling 32 times and no one picked up the phone and 3 voice mails. Only time he reached out was the day of court. And I was sleeping since I work over nights. Mined you he did not call but left texts. So I missed court due to them not reaching out
