I am a huge fan of UPshow. I have been using it for a couple years now and it is a joy to work with. I have used digital signage at my boutique fitness center for years. Previous products I worked with were time consuming and the vendors unresponsive. Since moving to UPshow, the time it takes me to create and maintain my playlists is much faster. The software is easy to use and works flawlessly. If I have questions, I get support via, chat, email and even phone calls with my account manager. The content channels are a bonus and I can completely customize what I want my members to see. This is important as we lean heavily on digital signage to communicate to our members. The investment is reasonable and I am quite satisfied with the results.

Product wasn’t great, service has been WORSE!

We got UpShow to try and drive engagement across our businesses. Originally we agreed to a shorter 3 month term vs the traditional 12 month. The sales guy, Fred let us know we could do the 3 month trial period. We have emails of him acknowledging this. Since then, we wanted to cancel the service, nothing terrible to say, it just wasn’t working for us or producing as we’d hoped.

Long story short, Fred told us he tried to cancel it, but his finance department wouldn’t let him. Then changed to say we actually never had a 3 month agreement. A few emails later says he’d honor it if we can prove to him that he said it. So which is it Fred? Your “finance department” won’t let you, or you’re denying you ever agreed to those terms?

Buyer beware**** Shady business practice by their salesperson, Fred. We were told we could cancel after three months if we didn’t see the value. Well, we didn’t and asked to cancel May 30th. Were told they would indeed cancel after that. I have email confirming this.
Then Fred changes his mind and states we are bound to our 12mo term that was not verbally agreed to. Stay far and clear of this business if possible.

Upshow has been a great tool to display my restaurant's menu! The entertainment TV package is also great for our patrons to watch while waiting in line, especially when we serve food during major youth sports tournaments. I am looking forward to working with their amazing technical staff so I can utilize more features this year!

UPshow allows Impact House to share relevant content across our 40,000 square-foot space. The parent account is our favorite feature as it allows us to broadcast across the space or specify where in the space we want to direct messaging and content. QR campaigns allow us to plan ahead, connect systems, and collect data for popular events and content. We love the Canva Integration and Survey features and use them often!
