Beautiful stadium! I remember RL Anderson Stadium which was fine, but the Vernon Newsome stadium is gorgeous, modern and top notch. About as close to a professional stadium as you can get! The only difficulty we had was not being able to purchase tickets at the ticket booth... No one works in them. We had to figure out how to go online on our phone and purchase tickets on the website which slowed down the process of getting into the stadium well before the game. It was a multi step process that someone had to walk us through. The other issue we had was being told that I was not allowed to carry my purse in unless it was the size of a pencil bag, so I had to walk all the way back to the car and leave it inside. We don't have kids going to school anymore, so there was no information on the purse or the ticket process until we walked all the way up to the entrance. Ugh.

Playoff game. Poorly run event. Car line took forever. Barely moved. Rude staff. Only one concession stand. In line for over an hour. Missed 2nd quarter, half time and the 3rd quarter because I was hungry and thirsty. They ran out of water. Very poorly planned. Felt so bad for the students working the concessions.

Nice stadium. Easy access if in a wheelchair or cannot walk up stairs. Looks like Waco ISD Stadium, similar seating. Lower section closer to the field and upper level. One nice thing was the benches on the walkway between sections with some seating bench chairs.

INCREDIBLE facilities, BUT poor planning & logistics led to an INCREDIBLY TERRIBLE experience. Maybe only host events for level 1A & 2A if this is the product offered, so that it doesn’t reflect so poorly on your district, as being able & accommodating to future events. I think I know how this likely plays out, because you cleaned up on parking & gate money means customer experience & your own reputation takes a backseat to revenue…SMH!

Great facility to watch athletic games and parking is easy to access from all around the stadium. And Mansfield ISD police are very helpful in directing you.

Terrible experience getting to our high school playoff game. 45 min in traffic just to park. If you’re going to charge for parking figure out how to direct traffic. Missed so much of our game sitting on the 360 service road.
