I called Brad on a referral to him from another mutual contact. He was very professional and actually answered the phone. We spoke and set an appointment the following day to discuss what I needed him to do. He was very punctual in following up and his communication throughout my whole process was outstanding. His price I felt was very reasonable for what I was having done.

He even came out and installed my graphics at my location, which was so convenient.

All in all my experience using Brad and Visual Koncepts was top notch and I would eagerly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest guy, that does great work, who is very professional!

I was MORE than pleased with the job Brad did on my enclosed trailer. He responded to my request within MINUTES of me asking for info. Within a day, he came to my house, took photos and within 24 hrs of doing that, he had proofs for me to review. The best thing was that he came to my house so I did not have to move my trailer once!! They even installed the logos at my house. Super professional, excellent quality, impeccable communication!! Worth every penny!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Known the owner of this company for years and years and always participated in events where he has done invitations, party banners, graduation cards. Brad has done many of our family photos, my graduation pictures and invitations, family wedding invitations, invitations to bridal showers , etc. Brad does it and all in a very professional and efficient matter. I recently got a wall decal done for my kitchen that looks FANTASTIC! Not to mention the great attitude and patience he has to get exactly what and how you want it! I definitely recommend Visualkoncepts! If you have a problem, need a solution or even just an idea - this professional and friendly team helps you out in any way they can. They make you feel valued! Not only does Brad take awesome pictures himself, he also knows how to work on them and gets real creative! He’s got an excellent eye when it comes to detail.He’s done logos for us, pictures, prints, even a book cover....I’ve seen his invitations, memorial cards and much more. The latest project he completed was a children’s book that my mother in law wrote - putting text and pictures together nicely.
