My husband and I have been more than happy with the service and marketing that Vivid Vacation Rentals provides. Levi and his team are a pleasure to work with. They do what they say they're going to do and beyond. They make themselves readily available to the guests creating excellent reviews and giving us confidence and peace of mind. With Vivid, we have easy, stress-free, friendly two-way communication. We both want our guests to be excited about the pleasure and comfort of staying at our place, allowing for repeat customers and great word of mouth. We previously worked with a different property manager before Vivid. Vivid's support & service far exceeds what we had received in the past. For marketing, Vivid created a compelling video and various on-going social media ads drawing in guests. We are so impressed with their personal service, attention to detail, honesty, and reliability.

Beautiful, well appointed home with a great backyard for peaceful enjoyment. The Vivid team was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely book again for a return trip.

Our family was so sad to leave this amazing vacation home! Oak Creek Village is a great location if you're visiting Sedona, literally minutes from 2 great places we enjoyed: Dellepiane and Miley's Cafe. The home has everything you need for cooking, laundry, parking, stunning views, tranquility and relaxation. And the hosts are responsive, helpful and kind! The pictures didn't do justice to the home itself or the beautiful location. I would love to live in this cozy home but will settle for visiting!
