We placed an online order. When we received the email receipt there was no delivery date or contact information given. We've called the number we found on their web page numerous times but no one ever answers and no answering machine. We replied to the email that sent the receipt but it bounced back as undeliverable. We sent an email to the address shown on their web page but they won't reply. We called a secondary number we found on the internet for the owner, Craig, but it's been disconnected. We contacted a company in the same small town to try and get some information and were told that they thought they either closed or "might be making some stuff at their ranch". Consequently we have contacted our credit card company and filed a fraudulent dispute against the company. This is a sad outcome for this transaction since we were trying to support something manufactured in the USA and a plus was that Vogeler advertises as being owned by a veteran.
