I had Vortex Web Design work on a website for my business. Told them I wanted the most up to date site in the area. He spent months on the site, promised to help with questions on updates so I could keep it up to date. When the site continued to give me trouble, and he refused to help without being paid hundreds of dollars an hour. I took him to court, in the courtroom he told the judge that he built the site with 1990's tech knowledge and it was an outdated format for today's world. Every dime I spent with this company was wasted. There are hundreds of web site builders out there today - stay away from this one. It's a shame I had to give a 1 star rating to get this review on here, Vortex Web Design didn't earn it.
