Lee and his team are amazing! A Close family friend of mine, after having some severe pregnancy complications, ended up losing her baby girl. They are big Hockey fans and had bought a Utah Hockey Club jersey for they baby to celebrate the gender reveal. After she found out the baby didn't make it, her husband wanted to memorialize the baby by having her name pressed onto the back of the jersey. The hockey stadium couldn't help because of how small the infant jersey was. I told Lee and his team what happened and they jumped into action, they did a direct embroidery that matched the jersey, made a beautiful plaque for them, and did all of it the same day. It brought peace and healing to my friends and I'll always be grateful to Wasatch prints to this.

Honestly I am just very annoyed with out this situation turned out. I ordered a set of business cards from them over a week in advance, I had to call to make sure they got my email because for 2 whole days I did not get a response. The manager said he got the email just had not looked at it. He seemed very helpful and positive that we would be able to get this printed very soon. The thing was in my first email I explained that I had sent the file of the card design which is unique, as I wanted to have a single card have the design for two cards and have it cut horizontally so that I can have smaller cards. A unique design that I had seem previously and liked. The manager was confused why I didn't just ask to have a smaller card printed. First off, I asked if he would be able to cut them for me because of the unique design, but how the heck was I supposed to know I could ask to have them printed on a smaller card? Well the day goes on, and I have to send multiple emails because he isn't able to see the PDF I sent or it was the wrong design, but then I get an Email saying that it's done on Friday evening. I respond asking if I could pick them up Saturday but he responded that I would have to wait till Monday still. Well because of their weird hours of being closed at 5, I had to ask my wife to take time out of her lunch to go pick up the cards which were not done, hadn't even been started, and the manager was now saying they cant print on the smaller cards, that we would have to print the double cards and then cut them. Literally what I was asking for in the first place. I am very annoyed at this and unfortunately we will have to cut ties with this business.

I had the BEST experience working with Wasatch Printing & Apparel! I needed to purchase a tent for my business for the farmers market. I wasn’t sure where to go so a friend referred me to Lee at Wasatch Printing. I was prepared to only get my first bid from him when I first got there, but honestly, he treated me so well, I decided to save myself the hassle of getting two more bids knowing I was going to end up going with Lee. This is a family business and his son Josh also rolled out the red carpet for me. He sat down with me on the first visit and digitally designed my tent and table cloths with my complete branding in mind. Everything came back on time, high quality, exactly as we planned. Lee promised that he’d show me how to set everything up, which he did and he also promised to help me on the first day of the market. Lee puts his heart and soul into his business and you can tell he’s taught the same work ethic to his children. Thank you for taking such good care of me. I appreciate you more than you will ever know.

Went in and talked about what I needed the office was a disaster. And I was delivered a joke of a sign. Images were blurry, sign was printed on the wrong material and the design was noticeably crooked with damage upon receiving. When I contacted them regarding my concerns I was told it’s my fault because the image I supplied wasn’t the right size and instead of contacting me with the appropriate size or design changes needed he just printed without mentioning any concern and took my money which ended up also being almost $40 more than originally quoted.

Honestly feel like I supported a local business just to have them order out my sign take 3 times the time than mentioned just to be charged more then quoted and receive less than expected. . ( I watched them unbox it in the back and bring it to me while trying to rub off tape or styrofoam marks, after telling me everything is done in house. )

Steer clear, dishonest people, no communication, poor products and when they make a mistake they don’t offer refunds or to replace the products. They just blame the customer and leave it at that.

I’ll update the review if they make it right however I’ve already tried to communicate with them and got no where.

I had Wasatch Prints embroider some shirts for me. They made some adjustments to my logo so it would stitch better and recommended a shirt type to put the logo on.

First, the shirt is amazingly comfortable. Then, logo quality of stitching is incredibly high quality.

I had them use my dark green logo color on black and it looks pretty cool when it catches the light. Now I want to try some in various colors related to my brand and in different sizes.

I’m happy with the shirts and will be using them again.
