I recently worked with them to create custom pill boxes for new patients starting their wellness journey at The Body Mod, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Oh my gosh where to even start! I dealt with Morgan Whaley! We are getting married on 10.28.2023 and Morgan did our graphic design of our dogs and my new last name for our wedding logo, it captured our boys and us completely! She was so responsive and sent updates on the foam wands, cups, and coozies we ordered for our big day! Everything was so reasonably priced (especially after we got scammed by another vendor)! I will let Morgan do all my graphic design merchandise going forward! Best experience by far of my wedding was dealing with her! They have such a vast inventory she can usually find anything you need! If you are getting married or needing anything made please reach out I promise you won’t regret it! 😊

Where do I begin? Well, let me just say that Morgan and Mark are an absolute joy to work with. They are true professionals with excellent customer service. An item we wanted to order was out of stock in the size we needed due to ongoing supply chain issues. I spoke to Mark, the owner, to see if there was something else similar available. He made the effort to find what we needed in another brand, did the printing of the design we were looking for, and promptly shipped it. The finished product looks great!
Good to know some merchants still provide this type of quality customer service. Thanks!

Bought two T-shirts from Yellow Springer. One fit perfect & 1 was too small. Both were size L Went in to EXCHANGE for a larger one and they said NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS! Why didn't they tell me that when I bought it?
No where on the receipt does it state this. Oh but its on the door they said, lol. Stay away from this business they have no idea what customer service is about!!
