Matt and Josh provided amazing service as bartenders! Matt created an amazing drink for me and Josh went above and beyond in finding a great snack for me to purchase. Both were polite, engaging and knowledgeable about their craft. Matt duplicated the unique drink the next day as well reinforcing the experience. Chris at the front desk gave exceptional service as well. I travel a tremendous amount and rarely see a hotel with so many customer focus employees. Excellent job!

I truly could not imagine staying anywhere except the Aloft Orlando Downtown! The staff is so friendly and Incredibly attentive. They remember you by your first name and make sure you have a positive experience the whole way through. They often have different events or puppies in the lobby To encourage social gatherings. I’ve always felt safe staying here. Not to mention, the rooms are very comfortable and always clean! I would highly recommend staying here for your next visit.

Stayed here for Orlando Pride with some friends—glad we chose this hotel! Great location, and service was fantastic. Only had one minor billing issue that was resolved quickly by staff.

As a Platinum member, I really felt the Elite treatment at this property more-so than many others. The food credit was very generous and the staff was so accommodating! I wish I had remembered to grab the names of all the lovely staff but Leo who helped with our checkout was very knowledgeable and friendly during our stay and we are very thankful!

We definitely plan on returning again sometime!

We were staying at this location for a wedding in the area. I have to stay that out of the Marriott's I have stayed this is one of if not the nicest one. I love the convenience of where it is in proximity to a lot of places downtown. They do have a valet service but we mostly walked to a lot of the places that we needed to be. The staff is really great. The room was extremely nice. There are several sitting areas and our room boasted two TVs. So I could watch something without disturbing my wife.

By far my favorite Aloft stay yet. The magic started with my wonderful front desk experience, I was helped by Denise and she was truly an angel. I had mentioned it was a birthday trip and she went the extra mile to make this an unforgettable stay. From check in to check out, she made my family and I feel so special this weekend. She is truly an example of southern hospitality. Marriott is extremely lucky to have a professional like her. She leads by example. The valet staff was also a pleasure. I can’t wait to come back to this property! The location, rooms, amenities were also 10/10. We were delighted to know it was a pet friendly hotel, thank you for going the extra mile!

Had to give a shoutout to Linda, I stayed at this hotel this weekend and I came down with a cold. She did what she could to try to help me out and was so caring and sweet. The room was great too !

Hotel is located in the old utilities building in downtown Orlando. Easy walk to performing arts center and downtown attractions. Loved the retro architectural vibe of the building. Rooms a bit cold in feel rather than cozy, but the warmth of the staff made up for it! Will stay here again.
