Amazing place and delicious food!
Small plates are very tasty and flavorful, and all ramens are homemade - the right way it should be done! Chef Mike’s dishes on point. And, the drinks at the bar are definitely worth few visits a week! I tried Old Fashioned with Japanese whiskey and Japanese bitters - the most smoothest Old Fashioned I’ve ever had! Brian makes the best drinks!
Be there again!

Very nice ambience, especially if you go during the evening. The food was great, I ordered the Pho, Bulgogi Tacos, and Wings. The Pho was pretty authentic, however they recently took off the Bone marrow from the menu which is why I decided to come here in the first place. They also removed all the Wagu dishes so that was also kind of disappointing. I really hope they add it back because it’s something I really want to try.

I definetly wasn't disappointed. The ambiance and vibes was good in the restaurant. You can tell they put effort into what they make in decor and food. We tried a variety of foods and my husband and I are total foodies and everything was 💯👍definetly will be coming back!

Walked past Saisei a couple of weeks ago, and decided to pop in for happy hour! We tried a couple of dishes, but my favorite was the wagyu beef yakitori which literally melts in your mouth.

I stopped by again the other day to enjoy some ramen. The tonkotsu was good and the portion size was larger than expected compared to other ramen places. It was filling and I was able to take the rest home.

As for drinks, I tried the It's Litchee and the Hey Cute-Tea. Unfortunately they were out of Taro for the Hey Cute Tea so I tried the Lychee instead. The boba was okay, not fresh so it was a little hard in texture. The drinks are pretty strong in my opinion but definitely worth a try.

Service was good and I love the ambiance. The interior has anime decor and even a street fighter arcade game.

I'm hoping to try their Sunday brunch soon!

We absolutely love this place. The food is amazing. I think we ordered one of everything (party of 10) and everything was fantastic! I really think every dish was made to order so be patient if you have to wait. It is so worth it! The food was so fresh and flavorful. This is by far one of our favorites in the area. Glad Stubborn Mule was closed or we may have missed this place.

Saisei used to be Coco, a Mexican restaurant. They closed down for about a month to remodel the place, change out it’s menu and interior decoration. Have to say they did a great job with this Asian new concept. Food and drinks were so good we went there two days in a row with various friends to try different items on the menu. Everything from the wagyu to the ramen is delicious, highly recommend this restaurant. Saisei will undoubtedly be a big hit in Orlando.

EDIT: make that 3 days in a row
