Should've read the review before placing an order! Today was the first and last time I visit this location. I placed an online order for a bowl with a side of queso and what I got was primarily rice & lettuce with 4 pieces og chicken, stale chips and a sauce cup of queso. Likewise the food was cold bland and included no utensils.

Ordered from DoorDash, our orders were completely skimped out. Each burrito only had undercooked rice, literally two pieces of meat, and guacamole. Absolutely shameful that they would rip people off like this. More than 50% of the order wasn’t delivered, and it was probably on purpose. Just throw all the day old ingredients in the burrito and send it out the door? Let this chain die

The guy tending the counter was friendly and professional but overall this location was sub-par. I generally like the Moe's chain. My burrito just didn't taste fresh or have much flavor. The chicken was dry, but I'm glad I didn't order the beef because when I saw it in the window it looked burnt. The salsas were so-so. One of them at the salsa bar looked like it was past its prime so I didn't try it. There are fresh lemonades which were OK and I have only seen that at this location.

I generally really like Moe’s, and actually prefer it over Chipotle; but with this Moe’s location, I’m actually a little concerned that I might get sick from how disgusting this place is. None of the tables have been wiped down from the day before (I was one of the first customers here at opening time), I have no idea when the last time the bathroom or soda machine gave been cleaned, and the salsa bar looks like it hasn’t been rotated out for fresh in at least a few days. Also, there is only one person that works here?!?! Where is the manager/owner to make sure that this place doesn’t make people sick? I feel like a call to the health department should be made. If the dining room and bathroom are this bad, I’d hate to know how long it’s been since their kitchen and food prep areas were cleaned. It’s truly unacceptable for any public restaurant, fast food chain or otherwise, to be this gross and put the public’s health at risk. I also realize that I have the choice to eat here or not, and truthfully I’ve only had a few bites of my food because I’m so hesitant. I am just hoping that the owner or manager sees this, as well as the other terrible reviews, and gets their act together.

I just walked into Moe’s at Oakley Town Center to use my birthday reward. I explained to Esam (employee) what I was there to order and he immediately told me not to worry about using my rewards, to use it later on, and he would give me a whole cup and bag of chips for free as a birthday gift! So generous thank you Esam!

My order was by Uber eats but the food was burned. The chips and salsa well I never received my salsa. On the bowl I put extra meal and it was not extra meal and they never put the lettuce.They not put silverware or napkins.

We ordered custom burritos from here via ubereats. Huge mistake. This is what a $20 burrito gets you - that includes $5 EXTRA they charged for the "double steak" I ordered. There were about 3-5 very small pieces of steak inside.. see the pics. There was ONE piece of onion and zero peppers, I tasted no chipotle ranch, and there was a tiny bit if cheese which I did not ask for (lucky I am not intolerant). Apparently my husbands burrito was fine. Is this a joke? Did I get someone elses childs order? We also received no salsa. What a disappointment.
