Service is always top knotch whenever I visit. The staff is super friendly, patient and helpful with explaining the menu options. The location is always tidy. Bagels are delicious, especially hot out of the oven! Plenty of flavors to choose from, plus the variety of cream cheeses, hard to pick just one. My kiddos love the fruity cereal treat. I'm a fan of the onion and chive cream cheese on the traditional plain. But I can literally just munch on the everything or rosemary bagels on their own, they're so good. We tried the Valentine Bagel with chocolate fluff cream cheese this morning and ohhh mannn.... yum-mmyyyy. I don't do coffee, so I usually grab a lavender lemonade... sweet, tart, a slight purple hue... what's not to love 💜

LOVED the bagels here. So fresh! They give you the cream cheese on the side so you can put it on yourself. Very generous portion of spread. Lots of spreads to choose from and totally worth the price. I'm not sure if they toast the bagels, because we didn't ask nor did they say that was an option? Regardless, loved the fresh and authentic bagels at Jeff's. Also the coffee is super good, worth it alone to puts Jeff's in your coffee rotation!

I am all about consistency especially in a franchise given the recipe should be the same regardless how many establishments are opened. My home store is College Park. Long story short I had a business meeting in WinterPark and coincidentally today my fav bagel was the BOTD so it was a no brainer for me to stop by the Winter Park location where I was near. I ordered (4) of my fav and an additional bagel and went to pay when another associate not servicing me nor a cashier at the moment spoke up and reminded me that (5) bagels cost the same as (6) bagels. Would have obviously been nice to be told by the girl servicing me but nonetheless I proceeded to get a (6) bagel and thanked the woman for advising me. I felt like a kid at a candy store happy to devour my fav bagels when I get to opening my bag while driving to my meeting I thought they had given me the wrong bagel. They weren’t hot not even warm evidently sitting there for a minute but the worst part is they looked exactly like an ordinary blueberry bagel where was the cinnamon crumble?! Yes they are just bagels, no big deal but when you’re used to having your fav. bagel a certain way right out of the shop since they came out with them and see a bagel with what seems like a glaze of sugar and cinnamon smeared over the blueberry bagel not a layer of warm cinnamon crumble literally falling everywhere making a mess it’s disheartening. All (4) were the same so it wasn’t just a “mistake” but it is what it is. I was late to my meeting and def. not worth it given the bagels were cold and not prepared as they should have.

Run to Jeff’s Bagel Run!! Their bagels are fresh, innovative and always delicious. I highly recommend the garlic bread bagel of the day when it’s available (pictured is the cheddar onion) and the asiago everything when it’s not. If you have a sweet tooth get the s’mores bar. Trust me you won’t regret it or the calories!!

The staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond for their customers. The app is a lifesaver for the days you wake up but don’t necessarily want to immediately get outta bed. There’s only one minor issue …
I have to drive 25 minutes for a bagel until they open one up in or around Longwood. LoL 🙂 #dontsleepin

Our order has previously been incorrect on another visit, with 6 out of 6 incorrect bagels. Other times, we've ordered ahead and were still made to wait 45 mins after pickup time since the coffee ticket was lost, didn't receive even a sorry. This was our last trip though. Our order today included cold lattes and they completely skimped out on the cream cheese flight cups. Instead of having enough for 6 bagels like before, we have enough for 3 because the cup size was changed from 3.5-4oz cups to tiny 2oz ramekins. The picture included has an white cup on left from a previous trip. Rip off.

A lot of my coworkers and friends told me to visit Jeff’s Bagel run because their bagels and cream cheese are delicious. I decided to come today and am so glad I did. The lady that took my order at the register was very sweet! She helped me pick a bagel and cream cheese because I couldn’t decide. She recommended the rosemary salt bagel with chive and onion cream cheese. There’s so many bagels, cream cheese, and whipped butter options to choose from! Definitely will be coming back 😊

We visited Jeff’s Bagel Run on a Monday afternoon and were warmly greeted upon arrival. The bagel of the day was a pizza bagel, and our order was prepared quickly and efficiently.

Using their app, you can view the bagel of the day menu for the entire week.

We ordered the pizza and cacio e pepe bagels, and both were pure joy! The pizza bagel is a plain bagel topped with pizza sauce, garlic, salt, mozzarella cheese, and oregano. The cacio e pepe bagel features shaved pecorino romano, fresh cracked black pepper, a sprinkle of sea salt, and a touch of EVOO.

Both bagels were full of flavor, with the perfect balance of crunchiness on the outside and softness on the inside.

Although we didn't order any drinks, they offer a variety of beverages including coffee, iced coffee, lattes, cold brews, lemonades, sodas, orange juice, apple juice, and water.

Jeff’s Bagel Run provides seating inside as well as two cute turquoise tables with chairs for outdoor seating.

I highly recommend Jeff’s Bagel Run!

Placed an online order and went in to grab an extra side and butter. After we arrived it took about 30 more minutes to get out 2 bagels, 2 coffees and 3 sides. One of the bagels was the wrong order and another one was cut unevenly just above the top. At least the coffees were good.

Won’t hold it against them and I’ll be back!
