An old library building from the 1900’s and with lots of history. It is a historic land mark and you can tell by the outside and some of the indoor atmosphere.
It is a place with limited amount of seating, so reserving or going early is advisable.
Has so much charm.
The food is good, the drinks amazing.
Not a place to read a book contrary to the name outdoor on the sign and the amount of books spread around.
It gets noisy from the activity.
Great place to impress someone or a first date.

Our bartender Jarold was so good at the job. His story about his beard was riveting. Been growing it for years. You should definitely ask him about it.
He can also flip bottles and pour behind his back.
Great experience, great beverages. Unfortunately you can’t go upstairs, though. Still 11/10. Will be back.

I love to spend time this old library/new bar😍 I think, here is the best elite bar in the town!! There is not much food options. However, they have a quite extensive beverage menu which is amazing. Especially, the organization of the menu! I mean you are able to see what year and the glass type of the drink👌 I ordered TOFU sandwiches. Even though I like Asian cuisine, it was not to my taste.
For the first time, I tried PİSCO/Grappa and loved it! 🍸 although it includes egg white 🫨and of course, HURRICANE and BLUE HAWAİİ ✨ 🍹

We came for the drinks and stayed for the food. They have such lovely selections of old timey drinks here, organized on the menu by time periods, which also includes historical blurbs on the evolution of cocktails, making perusing the menu an experience in itself! The atmosphere is one of a kind, as the venue was historically a library, where some of its aspects are seemingly reserved in situ. The space is quite small though (my only complaint), so plan accordingly as there may be quite a wait, especially over the weekend. We also ordered sandwiches, and I did not expect much (because it is a bar after all), but all of the food were actually SO DELICIOUS 🤯. I’m drooling right now just thinking about it. Sadly I failed to properly take pictures of all the drinks and dishes that we ordered; perhaps next time!

Worst gin drink I’ve ever had. The main server was awful, but her colleague bringing water to tables was good. Overpriced. Food was mid-quality and overpriced. Nice atmosphere I guess? My wife made me put 3 stars for atmosphere. Worst $215 I’ve spent in a long time.
