We recently engaged Adaptive to do a GA4 audit for our B2C ecommerce website. The output was very thorough and we were especially impressed with the level of detail provided on the issues uncovered during the audit. The format of the information was also excellent - with a slide deck summary and a companion tabbed excel document. Prioritization was assigned to the issues and we are now evaluating steps to address the high-priority issues.
