Had a reservation at 6:30, got seated at 6:37. Our server took some time to arrive at our table to take our order but once he did the food was flying out quickly. We did the hot pot+ BBQ bundle which was roughly $83 for 2 persons. Plenty of food options, drink options, it feels almost like a buffet. I enjoyed it there as it was my second time. If i lived in the area i would be a regular😂

I was walking by East Broadway and saw the Poster to the restaurant, so we went to Division St as the entrance is in the Division St. and I would say the best walk ever!
watch some videos I uploaded, to see what I am talking about. Gangnam BBQ is a Precious Gem. The ambience is +++, and they offer $7 discount on Mondays for dinner. We order grill/ BBQ for very affordable price. The marinated short ribs is my favorite, so juicy and tender. the appetizers are amazing as well, they even have sashimi is so fresh, they have variety of vegetable options for grill. My son enjoy all the meat offering plus they have gis ice cream for desserts.
The Staff are all well attentive, they even told us couple of times to change the cast grill even we don’t ask for it.
The ambience take my breath away…. so beautiful.
I really recommend this place for hot pot and BBQ, it’s clean, fast service, good options, great desserts and great price value.

I visited Gangnam Hotpot and had a decent experience. The broth options were flavorful, and the ingredients were fresh, especially the meats and vegetables. However, the overall experience felt a bit lacking. The service was okay—the staff was friendly, but they could have been a bit more attentive.

The restaurant itself was clean, but the ambiance felt a little rushed and not as cozy as other hotpot spots. Also, while the food was good, I felt like the flavors didn’t stand out as much as I hoped.

It’s a solid spot for hotpot, but there are definitely better options nearby. I’d give it another try, but there’s room for improvement.

We went for lunch on Monday and ordered the lunch menu BBQ. There were plenty of seats at first, but the place filled up quickly. The style reminded me a lot of Kpot. The food was enjoyable, and the buffet setup was well-organized. We even got ice cream at the end, which was a nice touch. The lunch menu also includes a soda, which we appreciated.
The restaurant has a fun vibe, though it can get quite smoky, so you might leave smelling like BBQ! We'd definitely visit again.

This is a really great place for Korean Hot Spots and the all-you-can-eat-fare that can include either the BBQ and, or the hot pot combination. Now what makes this place extraordinary is its set up and layout. There’s a really wonderful bevy of sauces, and side dishes included in the price per person. That includes soft drinks, some beverages like teas, and desserts. All other options like soju, sake, or beers for example run separately. What is nice is its spacing for tables that can easily accommodate large groups of up to eight or more at once. Other notables is the incredibly outstanding interior design elements which is amazingly unique and true to life from Korean architectural standards. The manager also mentioned that, “We just opened five months ago!” And the location is kitty corner off of the F-train subway stop on East Broadway, in Chinatown. Overall a great up and coming part of the fashionable Lower Eastside of Chinatown’s historic district and renaissance. Super impressive and greatly enjoyed.

This place is great! The service is extremely friendly and helpful, they help you cook the barbecue and are extremely attentive. Most of the hot pot selections are self-serve which is great. The drinks are aycd in the fridge. My girlfriend and I have came here twice on dates and the employees remembered us! Very kind staff! Just took a star off because sometimes the food was a hit and miss that I would usually enjoy in other restaurants. However, no complaints about the barbecue!

A lovely affordable AYCE with hotpot, bbq that also has sushi, appetizer, ice cream, drinks and fruits.

I did a hotpot for $35.99, such a good price. There's nothing amazing about the food. But the customer service is very nice and the atmosphere is cute and the stations are clean. I love that most of the hotpot items you can pick up on your own from the fridges. There's also a little side cabinet at each table with clean plates you can switch out anytime. And the cabinet also served as a good drop off area for servers to pick up unwanted dishes. The servers were very good about picking up unwanted dishes from the cabinet and the table as well. I would definitely come back again for a nice affordable hotpot dinner!

The soup base was more on the salty msg side that I didn't really need any sauce. Of the meats I had, the beef is good. Of the seafood I had, shrimp is good quality. Of the vegetables, taro and corn was good. I really appreciated the corn being cut into vertical segments, making it much easier to eat.

They also had a promo including free appetizer of sashimi/snow crab/seafood platter/soju (promo last until 10/30/34). I had the sashimi promo, decent quality. Sushi overall is standard takeout sushi quality. I didn't get to try the fried appetizers or the ice cream because it was a lot of food.

Came here with my two kids and they were given cute aprons to eat and cook. They especially enjoyed the sushi/fruit/ice cream buffet and we had a fun time making our sauces. They have a fridge full of canned sodas and cake as well! Amazing value. I appreciate the smaller portions so you don't end up wasting any food but you can keep ordering them and grabbing as many veggies as you want from the produce area. The staff was super friendly and attentive, esp David who gave us keychain souvenirs! Wishing this new restaurant lots of success! We will be back for more yummy, fun times!
