We hired this group because of a local billboard ad that has since been removed. This group of marketers is not worth the price they charge for service. If you request changes, they don’t follow through. Was charged $2500 for a website I could have setup myself free with stock photos on GoDaddy in 30 minutes or less. The site didn’t even depict our shop. Their social media marketing did not bring vendors or customers into our store upon opening, even though I requested building my vendor members to 600 to enable full inventory at all times. They are a boutique marketing firm that clearly did not understand the first thing about building a business brand or bringing customers to your business. You will spend most of your money on them meeting to plan what they can do for you without any follow through. Since we’ve switched marketers, we’ve had 100x more sales and 10 times additional vendors. Do yourself a favor and hire someone who can help you grow right at the start.
