Becoming an onHold Marketing customer was probably the best business decision I have ever made for our Communication Center. We experienced a significant decrease in our abandoned call rate the first month we implemented their fabulous recording on our phone lines. The sound quality is excellent, the music is always appropriate, and they truly enhance our brand.

Great staff, responsive turn-around, quality-product and excellent overall value. The process does not get any easier or faster. I found On Hold Marketing while researching options online.
