My Driftboat trailer broke down on the way to the Eel River. Bearings completely burned up. Matt had all the parts in stock and had me back on the road in a little over an hour. Super competent. Excellent service. Very fair cost. This place saved my trip!

Thank you Matt & Mark for taking great care of us for our fully loaded ATC cargo trailer purchase. It was quick & easy. Hard to find people who do honest business nowadays. So glad there’s finally a great ATC dealer in Norcal. Totally worth the drive from the Bay. We’ll be back for our next one!

I not recommend this place to buy your work equipment. I applied with them. I already had my credit approved, only that they needed to answer with my finance company. It lasted more than 5 days without an answer and without much help, only once did they contact me and the help was very little

I was having problems with my hitch's electrical system and needed it fixed quickly. They were able to squeeze me and get everything working. Their prices were reasonable and their service was exceptional. They have wide variety of towing supplies available in their store as well.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They put a brake controller in for me and told me my taillight converter was bad and that it would prevent the brake controller from working properly. They wanted to charge me $25 extra to fix that. I told them to go ahead and to my surprise the right rear light on any trailer I hooked up would always remain fully lit, whether the car was on or not. When I looked under there, the old tail light converter was still there. It appeared to me that they had charged me for something they did not do. I went back to them about a year later with a tail light converter I had bought elsewhere and asked them to install it for me. They convincingly made the point that they would never charge me for something they don't do and that I had likely misunderstood them when and that the additional charge at the time of the original job had not been to replace my bad tail light converter but to bypass it. That made a lot more sense to me, since the part alone was over $50. So they installed the new tail light converter for me and did not charge me. They wanted to make it right even though they were not in the wrong! That misunderstanding was probably due entirely to my misinterpretation.
I am a small business owner too and if I managed to run my business with similar integrity and dedication to making my customers happy, I would consider myself both fortunate and successful. I hold this business in the highest esteem.

Appear in Lakeport where this company is located it’s about the best as it comes. Give them a call and tell him what you want to do and they will fix you right up. Extremely knowledgeable And quick.
