I called Allpoints and asked if they could put together some neon signs for a client of mine in Arcata. When I first contacted them, I spoke with the owner of the business and he said 'Sure, no problem. We can take care of it for you.' I sent them the design mock up I had put together, but didn't hear back from them for over a week. I called them after that week of no contact and asked if they had any questions or if they had started working on the signs. The only people I could get a hold of after the first call I had with Allpoints were employees, not the owner, and all they would ever tell me is that the owner was busy, and that they'd let him know I called. I never heard back from the owner, and I tried to contact him once a week for 3 weeks after the initial phone call. One of the employees I talked to mentioned that it was the busy time of year for them, so things were taking a little longer than usual. I gave up trying to contact Allpoints, and after a month and a half of no followup from Allpoints, I found another vendor to produce the neon signs I needed. Completely unprofessional - if you guys are too busy to take on new jobs, don't tell a client that you have time to do it and then ghost them and waste their time.
