DO NOT BUY frrom this company. They are all friendly and helpful until you pay...after you pay you are on your own. I am a 69 year old woman who was assured by Jake that this was a smooth and easy process. Paid my cash , sent photos and triple checked measurements all seemed good until we received the product. Entry way enters directly into the deep end of the pool and a variety of other problems. When my son in law called to explain the mistakes JAKE said " that's life". we received the order 3 weeks ago, we were assured it was a short proces to inflate...would be true if doors fit. ot send it to us. He said shipping would be expensive and when I told him we need others parts before door would work and we can inflate Jake's response was "you will have to get it made on your own" , Wne I said , why should we pay for shipping when you have the part there?"..his responsewas "this conversation is over."
I'm more mad at myself in being so damn gullible in believeing that this company cares about doing a good job and seeing the 12k sale through. We litterally are duct taping the mis measurements together so we can inflate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

wanted to write and THANK YOU for the wonderful CopyCovers Replacement Bimini Top you sent me earlier. I had been extremely frustrated with other options to replace my torn bimini top until I talked with Jake Smith. He walked me through the entire process and assured me the company would stand by its products and services. Jake was extremely helpful and professional. Awesome!

Needless to say, I worried about a fit with my existing bimini frame (Premier Sunsation 160), but my fears were allayed. With an early Spring, I installed the Ameri-Brand replacement bimini with a perfect fit. The color, materials, and workmanship were excellent. Communications were superb! I will add the snaps (included in order) in the next week.

I highly recommend Amer-Brand CopyCovers products and services and wish you great commercial success!

I am writing in frustration with the lack of professionalism by your company. You seem to be the exact product we need for our growing swim business and yet your companies customer service is lacking to the core. It makes me wonder how your even in business? Thus, I thought you may want to know how poor your management is running.

First of all, I have called numerous times over a couple month period, left at least two messages with your front staff (both females) for a call back from your sales reps -- and no-one calls back.
Today, Saturday, I took a gamble and called, and someone answered, did not identify themselves, I expressed my frustration with my experience this far to wo which his very response sent a clear message he did not seem to care at all - yet after a unpleasant back and forth, he hung up on me, NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. If Jake who says he is your sales manager, found the exchange to be executable on ANY level, I imagine your entire sells team is suffering under his leadership and/or at minimum have little leadership to look up to.

I am so upset by my exchange with Jake, a self professed management level "professional" when I am looking at a $15-20K+ product from your company, that I most certainly cannot see giving your company my business. This is truly too bad for both of us.

I felt you may want to know this since he refused to give me the owners name or number... Oh, and threatened to call the police on me after I called back asking for his name, and the owners info, calling my persistence "harassment"!!! Wow! Really?

I ordered a Carver Bimini Top after doing much research and talking with Ameri-Brand on the phone. I received the top very soon after the order was placed. Unfortunately, it was not as represented on their website or on our telephone conversation. I completed two separate RMA requests on the website and did not hear back from anyone. I sent the top back with a letter regarding my disappointment. After a phone call and several e mails, I received a credit for the purchase amount. I am out $60.00 for the shipping charges to and from Carver. Why should I have to pay anything when the top they sent me was not what I ordered? You need to understand the return policy prior to ordering. I assumed they would stand behind their product 100%..........
UPDATE!! I just read the owners response. Just to confirm. I definitely ordered the correct top for my BOSTON WHALER.
My issues were a couple things. The top I received was not the quality I expected, and I was out the shipping costs to and from Carver. In fairness, I did receive the top sooner than they had projected when I ordered it. The top itself looked to be average quality and they did refund the purchase price. I accept full responsibility for not paying close enough attention to the return policy when I placed the order.

I was searching for a special sized liner for my pool and called Ameri-Brand Products. After calling several pool places over a few day period, Tim was the only person that asked me to go outside and measure the pool size to make sure I was getting the right size before he would even continue the conversation. Needless to say, had I ordered what I was supposed to get, it would have been wrong. Thank you for taking the time with me and having the patience of a saint. I would highly recommend this place.
