We had Ricardo from Verizon knock on our door. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He offered us their newest internet service that was a better price than what we currently are paying . We recommend to others to get Verizon.

At first I didn’t want to answer door bell but then I saw young guy about my daughter age so I say to myself, got to give young kid opportunity to prove to themself. Well, I’m glad that I opened the door. Ian presents himself as a professional salesman. After explaining what Verizon has to offer, I told him to come back because I need to talk to my wife. He came back around 7pm and about an hour late we signed up for home internet + Netflix & Max , 2 mobiles phone with mobiles hotspot for monthly $145. 🙂

Diego came to my door tonight and was the most respectful salesman I have ever met! Genuine, personable, family oriented & compassionate. He made sure to go through every detail of the programs we are eligible for & more! He made sure that we understood all of the details before signing the agreement. Kevin knocked at my door offering the opportunity to try their internet services, he didn't let go but in a very nice funny but polite way ,no choice but to say yes! (The cost was much lower than Cox) he has been since then making sure that my internet services are working for me, offering help if needed, following up every other week or so! Happy and impressed with his custom service skills. Thank you Kevin!!

Lauren showed up and kindly offered the Verizon 5g Home internet service. At first I said no thanks but decided to ask a few questions first. She was so kind and professional. Not pushy at all which would have sent her packing. I wound up signing for it after discovering I would get faster speeds and pay less, along with the recommended ACP discount. It all took only a matter of minutes. Lauren was extremely proficient and thorough, sending me links for follow up along with her phone number if any issues. Because of the way she extended herself with follow-up texts and helpful info, she has made my experience a really positive one. Thank u Lauren! U are one of the best.

Alex came to our door tonight and helped us sign up for a new internet plan. It was quick and easy and he was knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. He was able to even find ways to save us money with programs we didn’t even know we could be participate in. We also appreciate him putting up with our crazy pups and giving them lots of love. Had a excellent
experience with Jay, from Verizon. He walked me through installing a wireless WiFi to my condo. He was very patience with me. I’m not tech savvy. He spent 2 hours of walking me through the install! He is very good at explaining. FIY: he is pleasant voice to communicate. His instructions are easy to understand, so it went smoothly.
