Person called about renewing service. Told the person I didn’t want to renew. The hit my account for the yearly renewal anyway. Then you can’t get a refund after 5 days! Told my bank when I noticed the charge. I don’t recommend doing business with anyone you can’t get to answer a phone about billing. No email response except that they don’t refund. All business is final.

Back at You media is an excellent social media company. My previous brokerage introduced the company to me. I loved them so much that when I joined a new brokerage, I started a new account with them. I am so happy with the spectacular customer support I get by Rick Virag. He is super knowledgeable, patient and smart. His experience really shines through. Thanks for all your help Rick. I already received a lead that closed a few days ago. I spent $50 and was able to book appointment, list the house and sold it. Another lead was impressed that they saw my ad on twitter and reached out to me from there. That's another lead in the pipeline. As a new user, I'm super impressed so far! The graphics, digital graphics, training videos and emails show their creativity and attention to detail. The support has been great too.
Look forward to finish reviewing the training but my first ad and report already makes me a happy customer! Wish there was a property management version but it can be tweaked 🙂

I have been paying for the longest, made the mistake of signing up with them. Their renewal email is not clear and I am stuck for another month. Ordered postcards and they claim they were delivered, they sent me proof from a spreadsheet that showed duplicate addresses, never received my copy and they give you all kinds of excuses. Horrible experience.

This company has stolen money out of my account back in 2020. I had to go to my bank to get them to stop now. I guess it’s been three years and it has expired from my bank and guess who shows up again with their hands in my account? You’re right this account. I’m sick of them and I hope somebody gets them put out of business.

The social media coach that I had the pleasure to talk to, was outstanding! Bladimir was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, patient and understanding with my issues, and spend a lot of time to teach me how to use the program.
Gale at the billing department, was also incredible, exceptional and very understanding by taking the time to explain to me how the program and platform works, instead of cancelling. Due to these wonderful employees I decided to extend my membership.
