Their customer success manager, Nicole Williams, is a very very rude person and is completely different on phone(rude) vs. the email (professional tone as her manager's general email is CC'd). She forgot to include a crucial piece of information in the email that was extremely important relative to our deadline of project delivery + we paid for expedited. She then put it back on us that we should have read all the details on their own website. If she wanted us to read every single detail on the website, what is the point of her emailing us many times of other deadlines and dimension details (that are also available on the website)? She wasted 1 hour of mine on the phone call + MULTIPLE emails. And when i asked her to pass the phone to her boss, she refused at all costs and said i had no other option but to speak to her or to no one else. She refused to give me her boss' direct email and phone number. Therefore, the product was not able to be delivered on time, so i had to go a different route. Company may be okay, but the employee working with the customer is a very big risk*** they are taking. We know HUNDREDS of companies needing booth setup like BoothPOP, but definitely will NOT recommend this business to them.

The quality of the promotional materials we received was FANTASTIC! We launched our business at a local expo and we definitely stood out in the crowd, receiving amazing feedback from those that stopped by our booth.
Customer service was also OUTSTANDING! We were in a little bit of a rush to receive our materials, and Sarah and Britney were so incredibly helpful. I am so grateful for the way they were able to work with us to receive the items we needed right on time! Their professionalism and understanding of our needs was so greatly appreciated, especially the way they were able to execute in the middle of the natural disasters that hit California at the time of delivery.
I look forward to working with this company again.
10/10 recommend!

I had to write a review of the excellent customer service and wonderful products I received! I had a very tight timeline for a booth display we needed for a conference we are attending. The shipment arriving late could’ve been a huge problem and Sarah literally saved me! She went above and beyond to help me get the shipment when I needed. She was so kind and really wanted to help which I can tell you is so rare and appreciated! The booth display we received is BEAUTIFUL! The whole booth is so well designed and easy to assemble! I cannot recommend this business enough!!!! Someone always answers the phone, emails and really works with you. Thank you so much Sarah and the wonderful Booth Pop team!

I had a great experience with BoothPop. I need a quick turnaround, after submitting my payment and files I realized the timeline for standard shipping was not going work for me. I emailed and called to get it expedited. I received my delivery today, just in time to go to the show this weekend. I did have to email and call a few times to make sure everything was being pushed through to meet my deadline but in the end they came through. The quality of the display is fantastic as well. Thank you.

My experience with Booth Pop was amazing. They worked with us on a tight deadline to help us get our banners in time for a show. The quality was great and the customer service was awesome. Nicole was on top of it and worked with us. I. highly recommend using them!
