We came here on Christmas (2024) for dinner with 13 people total. Garrett was an amazing server.
He was attentive and anticipated our needs.
He took care of every single person at our table and made sure we had everything we needed:
The food was delicious and hot and perfect 👌
Five stars for sure, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, and we will definitely be back and highly recommend you to come to Cafe Boutique Piano, and ask for Garrett!

Paulina was our sever on point and with good recommendations on what to eat. The food was delicious, will not disappoint you, good portion as well. Everyone was courteous as well. Atmosphere was definitely nice , good music at the right volume to enjoy a conversation . Clean and nice decoration and design on the interior. I definitely will be back! Thanks Paulina !

This place has such a pleasant atmosphere. It's an excellent place for the vibe, old-world charm, and ambiance. The place is classy and immaculate. I had to use the restroom while there and noticed it was also spotless. The service was outstanding. Our server was very friendly and did not rush us. Water was replenished several times.

My frustration was the food. The soups (Boullibaise and Mushroom Soup) were both excellent. The bread service was also outstanding and fresh. But neither of our entrees was exceptional. My grouper was salty and dry, and my friends' steak was good but nothing that said wow. I wanted to love this place for the vibe and service. But the food was just not there. I'll try it again and order something else next time.

I made a reservation with Open Table. I arrived on time and was acknowledged by my name when I arrived. I thought this was very nice. But this morning, I got an e-mail from Open Table asking why I was a no-show at my reservation. Threatening that if this happens a lot, they will close my account. The irresponsible actions of Cafe-Boutique to not show me as having dined there have now created a problem for me with Open Table. I wrote them back, saying I was there and could provide the receipt.

Come for the ambiance, and don't book on Open Table, as you could have problems later with your account. If I return, I'll just show up but not make a reservation for fear of that happening again.

We recently hosted our Wedding Welcome Dinner at Café-Boutique PIANO on November 14, 2024, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. After planning with Paulina for over a year, she brought our vision to life perfectly. With 35 guests in attendance, every aspect of the evening was flawless— from the exceptional food and wine to the impeccable customer service. The ambience of the space created the perfect backdrop, and having Nathan Bowman as our pianist added a magical touch. Paulina and her team went above and beyond in every way, making the event seamless and extraordinary. I wholeheartedly recommend Café-Boutique PIANO for an intimate dinner or a special celebration.

Wonderful hostess, excellent food, great ambiance! This cute boutique style restaurant with Oiano in the background was a nice little place to visit! The food was excellent and the hosts were attentive. I highly recommend a reservation! Food came out hot and quick, was well presented and full of flavor!

I ordered pasta with chicken and mushrooms, it was delicious, but I had a hair in my plate! 🤢 it's terrible, I don't want to go to this restaurant anymore!

I'm leaving this review again because the management of this establishment apparently decided that deleting their rude response was easier than apologizing to a customer. The first time, I wrote that I found a hair in my dish - an unpleasant situation, but their response was even more shocking: instead of an apology, they told me that I should brush my hair more often!
This is simply an unacceptable level of service!
Now, their response has mysteriously disappeared - perhaps they finally felt ashamed? But they should have been ashamed right away, not after public outrage. I'm attaching a photo of their deleted response so people can see how they actually treat their guests.
If respect for customers matters to you, avoid this place!

Paulina and her entire staff were amazing in all facets of helping us plan and execute my Mom's 90th Birthday! The food and the entire staff were amazing! We hosted a party of roughly 40 people and the food, the service and the atmosphere were all perfect!! Whether you are looking for a great dinner for two or to host a perfect event for a special occasion, I strongly recommend Cafe-Boutique Piano!!

Lovely place, reasonable prices and the food was amazing. Ask for Josh when you come, he’s the best! He did an amaziiing job with our plate customizations and made sure we had everything to make our experience the best possible. I absolutely recommend this place, 10/10 experience, great for a cute little brunch!
