My CPU with all of my business information was in pieces. I asked my neighbor to check my hard drive. He said it appeared to be damaged. I became depressed. My neighbor told me to take it to .COM Computer & Graphics. I call at approximately 3:55 pm. The store is scheduled to close for 4:00pm. The technician told me he'd wait if I was on my way. I arrived at the store and he scanned the hard drive and told me he could access the files. I started crying and thanking God. I have years of work on that hard drive. I was also able to purchase a CPU for $100.00.

Went here to pick up some thermal paste and ended up talking to who I assume is the owner. Was able to pick up a few other accessory hardware pieces to make my rig run smooth. Very honest about the products he sells. Able to explain why he prefers to do the setups how he does them - and surprise - doesn't add a bunch of expensive hardware you dont need. Great place for an amateur builder or a pro. Will be doing my business here!

I refer 5-6 customers to .Com Computers daily. I went there as a customer today and was treated like I wasn't wanted as a customer. The proprietor did not greet me warmly (or at all) nor did he offer any advice to my situation, only answering 'yes' or 'no' without emotion. I will think twice before referring my customers again.
