Mature trees to shade sites. Clean bathrooms. Great location to the beach, Monarch Butterfly Grove, and main Street with stores and restaurants. It has a lagoon around it. Lovely.
Handicapped spot had a wide cement pad that allows you to roll around to the table and your entire RV.

This rating is specific to the new food court. I ordered a whole pizza I want it fresh not made an hour ago sitting on the side. Also if I'm waiting for another item. Don't hand me the pizza so it's getting its when it's 40 degrees outside also no more combo pizza Come on!!!

This is one of the most trashiest costcos I’ve ever been too, and it’s locals who make it that way on top of the design layout which is so bad.

This area is and isn’t a food desert, when it comes to grocery stores it’s not, but all the local businesses make it so because it forces everyone to come here everyday. 1 hour before opening people are already showing up to the parking lot, 10 minutes after opening and it’s already crazy. That on top of the gas station layout located at one of 3 exits/ entry ways makes for so many close call accidents and road rage incidents.

But I’m guessing it’s mostly to blame on the dealership across the street that takes up a lot of land Costco could’ve used to decongest traffic flow.

I love Costco I will always be a customer but this staff member threw me off guard. Didn't catch his name but hes a young adult,blonde, & works in the gas pump area, was so rude and clearly forgot his job title. What's the male version name for a Karen smh do your job and worry about yourself bro

Never fails. Each time I end up with the older blonde lady cashier who wears eyeglasses, I feel being discriminated against. Maybe next time I will swap my sweater / jogger attire to an evening gown. My husband and I were at the store last night and it just happened that my husband picked up a Ham w/ no price tag. This cashier, very loudly kept saying that was the first ham she had come across w/ no sticker and that her helper/bagger will get us another one. Which I'm fine with but she added, "we need to charge you for it."
Well duh of course! Later on my mom explained to me that customers will sometimes think that no price means its free and my mom added that I was just accused unknowingly of removing the price tag... Wth?!
Next time, I will be sure to check on who the cashier is before I run to a register with a shorter line.

We recently moved to the area and my wife decided to buy a membership, since we had been overseas for a while. The lady asks for an ID and we show our military card. The lady doesn’t say anything and turns to asks another employee if this is acceptable? (It’s issued by the USA federal government). Meanwhile, the couple next to us shows a Mexican Passport and the lady didn’t bat an eye. Typical Santa Maria for ya!!!

I have previously returned a vacuum twice due to the vacuum filter breaking and have never been asked to bring the accessory parts. When trying to return my vacuum which broke again, I did not bring the two accessory parts due to not being asked for them previously. In order to get a gift card I was forced to drive back home for 2 small accessory parts for the broken vacuum. Then the employee lady who works the returns desk decided to say “if you don’t bring the accessory parts we can’t give you anything and maybe it’s time for you to buy a different vacuum.” I find this incredibly insensitive because the only other vacuum options were double the price and unfortunately not all there customers can afford the more expensive vacuum.

Newer Costco, clean and spacious. The 12 pump station/24 spots shortens the line a lot. The older Costco dated back to reading the item numbers(no barcode scsnning!!!). Almost 5 star... the parking lot is one the worst! Almost all foot traffic crosses stops vehicles entering after the stoplight.

Update: the gas lines are ever-present now. Probably since the corner gas stations have gone past $5/gal!!!
