I cannot express enough what an incredible asset Alex and his team at DigiSavvy have been to my business. I run a digital subscription website that has been struggling for about 6 years, suffering from website issues, payment processing problems, subscription platform failures, and more. Lots of seemingly simple things that were resulting in a poor customer experience and a constant headache for me. For years the best solution I had was "refund and apologize". I decided to work with DigiSavvy to rewrite my website for several reasons. First, and the biggest was my sense the Alex had a very systematic development process, which was important to me. I’ve developed many websites through the years and needed someone who knew what they were doing. Second, I liked what I saw from examples of other websites they had delivered. They were clean and well thought out. I figured that was what I could expect and I was right. Third, I liked the fact that they also provided marketing, especially email marketing. I liked the idea of having someone how already understood my business at a much deeper level and like the integration not just technically but in thought.
