Dimensions Salon is amazing! Not only do I leave feeling wonderful about the quality of my cut/style but everyone there is so knowledgable and offers advice to your specific hair type. I have thin curly hair and Cassie has taught me so much about how to care for my hair thru quality products and how to style it so it looks amazing! Highly recommend!

I have been a client of Dimensions Salon for a little over a year. I choose the salon purely based on its location (I get tired of driving to Folsom for everything!) and I am so glad I did! I love the vibe in this small salon and would highly recommend it to others. I started with one stylist that left to open her own salon in Placerville (once again, I don't want the drive!) so I switched to Cassie (also the owner). She is exactly what you are looking for in a hairstylist!. She is VERY informed and educated on all things hair. I am almost 55 years old (and how many hair salon appointments have I had in my life?!?) and she has taught me things I never knew about my own hair. Her personality is outgoing, she is a great communicator (making sure she understands exactly what you want) and she makes you feel comfortable in her chair. She has a way of making you feel beautiful. What more could you ask for:-) I highly recommend Cassie and this salon!

I started going to Demensions Salon & Spa in 2022. Found my perfect hair stylist, whom unfortunately left this Salon and opened up her own Salon just a little too far away for my liking. Nonetheless, I went back to Demensions Salon and met with a new stylist. I’ve gone to this person twice and have had issues with both times she’s done my hair. The last time I went to her, my biggest issue is that she thought she highlighted some pieces too much so she went in with dye on her finger tips to cover it up. Now I have a half blonde, half brunette strip right at the front of my face.

I had already given this stylist a 2nd chance the first time I got my hair done, she did fix it free of charge but this is a clear red flag which helped me decide not to come back ever again. I feel that I was charged too much for what little I received (Blonde touch up of money pieces, and 5-6 foils of partial highlights) I was charged almost $200 for this. I think the stylist rushed as well, then blamed all the negatives on my hair itself. I use Biolage shampoo and conditioner which I purchased directly from Ulta. I am tired of these women who don’t know what they’re doing, scam us customers. I recommend you steer clear of this salon, or at least make sure you’re absolutely on the same page with your stylist before letting her permanently alter your hair! Thanks

Cassie is amazing, as a girl with curly hair I’ve struggled to find someone local who specializes in curly hair. Cassie not only left my hair feeling great but also educated me on curly hair health, she walked me through everything she was doing and gave me tips on how to make sure I’m taking proper care of my hair at home. My hair is thriving, I constantly get compliments on my hair. I 100% recommend dimension salon.

I went to this salon for the first time a few weeks ago. Between the comfy but cute vibes, the amazing haircut, and great conversation I can say with absolute certainty that I will be returning. I don’t trust many people to cut my hair but Faith was wonderful and made me comfortable the entire time. Best haircut I’ve received in a long time!

Horrible haircut! Specially explained what I wanted, they put me with Faith which didn’t listen to what I asked for and bushwhacked the front of my hair. Instead of a smooth transition like I asked, I now have chunky steps on one side and the sides are not even. I asked the owner for help and she told the girl what to do but didn’t lift a finger to help. Now my hair is shorter than I wanted and they changed me $50 which is fine if I got a good haircut but now I need to pay someone else to fix this mess. I definitely would not recommend this place.
