I really appreciated the help that everyone on the eGumball staff has given us so far. Even the supervisor took a minute to get on the line, not only inquire how the staff was doing, but was also able to help me out and give me some guidance about our site.

Great company to work with. Erin was very helpful with the details of my needs and listened. Mike had great follow up and I gave him some great feedback for their future customers. I had worked with eGumball a year ago with a terrible result. At that time, they added a new website, when I already had one and it created a problem. They hadn't explained the process well. I dumped them. However, a couple of weeks ago, they called me back and I told them about this experience. They informed me of changes to their protocol for intake and managing customers with existing websites and social media which was my specific concern. They did a great job of listening and they were successfully able to cater to my personal needs. I highly recommend working with them. They listen, are dilligent, and they want to ensure that your needs are met with a simple and smooth, hassle-free process. I will see about the results of their service, but, so far so good.

I tried to cancel after my contract ends om top of that they still want to charge me they deleted the little wk. They did. So I end up paying months for nothing DON'T go with them, I will suggest to look for a really Proffessional work. And SERIOUS COMPANY !!

Company isn't right i have tried to canceled this service for 30 days and they refused to cancel the service. They will have you on the phone to go over the service just to get your business info. Now they will make you keep the contract but won't tell you that while your on yhr phone

Most of the positive reviews are fake !! I had a terrible experience with E-Gamble and feel completely ripped off. From the beginning, they misled me by promising a month-to-month service, only to later push me into signing a contract I wasn’t properly informed about. They pressured me to sign without reading, assuring me that it was a simple month-to-month agreement, but after six months of no results, they claimed I was locked into a one-year contract.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction after months of zero results, they kept stalling, telling me to give it more time. Their promises were empty, and their services did not deliver anything close to what they claimed. Now, they're trying to make me pay for a full year, despite not fulfilling their end of the deal.

I’m extremely disappointed with their dishonesty, lack of transparency, and their refusal to take responsibility for their misleading practices. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to avoid them. Do your research and stay away from E-Gamble unless you want to be taken advantage of!!
