I’ve been with the team for a little bit now and all I have to say is this is the most professional job I have ever had, you learn so many valuable lessons for working in the sales department while also having endless opportunities in the whole company itself. The manager Kari in the office is super motivating and she’s a super strong leader also the environment here in the office makes you feel at home.

ATTENTION!!!!!
I worked here at Elite Direct Management for a couple months and I have a few things to say.
1. Great Environment: never been apart of a team where there’s music bumping and a lot of good vibes.
2. Thorough Interviews: Before accepting the position I had all my questions answered in 3 sepearate interviews. So I was really excited when I got a call back.
3. Growth: There was paid training which I really liked, since I never had any experience in sales before. I was able to learn a lot when I first started. And I really get a sense of accomplishment and worthwileness when I got promoted.
4. Pay: The pay was pretty good and there were lots of bonus’ almost everyday.
5. Management: I had a problem with dressing business professional and I let management know, and was gifted a button up shirt and slacks the next day.
Overall I had a pretty good experience there.

Great environment and great opportunities that I have never had at any other jobs. Their purpose is making managers and promoting them into their own business unlike a stagnant dead end job where the pay is limited and losing your job is always dependent on someone else making the decision for you. So if you have greater goals than being a 9-5 employee this is the perfect place for you
