We are yet to enlist this companies services (put it on hold while we evaluate budget/needs). That said, I have spent way to long researching companies in the local area and Noah was a breathe of fresh air in the process. A lot of local companies are surprisingly hard to get ahold of or to even a call back from which can worry a consumer if communication isn't there from the start.
