Eric was an absolute pleasure to work with! From the initial consultation to the final closing, he provided exceptional guidance, expertise, and professionalism. Selling a house in any circumstance can be bumpy, but selling a deceased relative's house when you live halfway across the country adds many extra layers of potential problems -- but because of Erik's hard work and reliability, we were able to complete the entire process with barely a scratch.
