Working with this company was such a pleasure. I was able to sell my computer graphics cards with no hassle. I previously sold items on EBay and got ripped off 1200$ and did not want to go that route again. Found this company and Derik was always emailing me updates and responded right away. I would recommend this company 10 stars if I could.

Spammed me multiple times via email. They claimed in responses to other reviews that they only contact people who filled out a form. I've never heard of them so this is a flat out lie. So lies and spam is what you'll get from them.

I called them when my brother died, he owned his own IT business, and our mon was having a really hard time with all of his stuff. She was just a wreck from his passing. I called these guys and explained, we know nothing about the worth of his equipment, I told them everything that happened, knowing the risk in showing our vulnerabilities, and they were absolutely amazing. The price quoted was above anyone else and the customer service was impeccable. I wish I could remember the person’s name, Jeremy? I can’t remember but totally recommend these guys!!

Even though the equipment I had Exit Technologies look over for possible resell was too old for their purpose, Kyle was still professional and very helpful in providing suggestions on how I could proceed with handling the retired hardware to provide some benefit in either my time or efforts. Providing customer service without even being a customer is a quality I wish more businesses possessed. I will definitely let others know about Exit Technologies when they have hardware to retire. Keep up the good work Kyle!

A deal was communicated and agreed on for some IT equipment but then it fell through due to shipping costs... I offered to pay these costs and the deal was back on the table and agreed on by this company. Then no response afterwards. Waste of time.... why send in writing over email commiting to purchase the equipment then ghost.... My time is valuable too...
