If I could select no stars, I would. This company was hired to install a sign at my residential property. They were given clear instructions to contact me with 24 hour notice for entrance to the backyard. I was given a 5-10 minute notice instead of the 24 hour notice. I said I wasn't home so they couldn't enter the back yard. The installation technician not only tried to open the front door, but unlocked the back and let himself in. Extremely unprofessional as a minor was home alone.

The worst. Absolute worst.

We have had Falcon for almost a decade and somewhere in the last 2-3 years their service went down the toilet. On MANY occasions they have failed to follow our timing instructions and either set up early or late, irritating the client.

They almost never answer their phone or email. When you do call them you get the "voicemail is full" response. No response on text.

Occasionally they will say they were on vacation and sorry, someone was supposed to be helping while they were away.

Clients say our signs look like trash, Falcon is just ruining them. We are at the point where we give up. Its TERRIBLE. There are many more options out there.

They don’t know how to install commercial signs. The sign is not straight from any side. The two posts are not even same size. All they said is this is the best they can do. They don’t want to fix or do anything. It’s on a brand new landscaped flat land. How can they charge $220 for the job.

They installed the post but never hung my listing sign on the post. They charged me for the service. I attempted to cordially speak with the co owner of the company, she indicated she would not provide credit due to their mistake. Attempted to have them post the sign at another listing at no charge and I pay for gas and she declined. At this point, they have one of my signs in their warehouse which should have been hanged on the post. Co owner indicated I should have checked if sign was hung on the post and it was not their Job or duty to re assure sign to be on post. As a business owner you work to correct errors and provide exceptional customer service. In this case the owner was no willing to accept their error but rather indicated it was my mistake and to take the cost given without a complete job. I would not recommend this company for any service of installation.

I'm not one to leave a negative review, as I know the effect it can have on a business. However, I am extremely disappointed with this signage company. Not only did they mess up the sign for my listing, but their customer service is shockingly poor. The employees I have encountered are rude and unhelpful, making the whole experience even more frustrating. It's clear that they have no regard for their customers' satisfaction. I trusted them with a simple task, and they managed to get it completely wrong. I will not be using this company in the future.

They take forever ! Seriously go with someone else , I’ve called so many times and I can see on the app that my delivery for my sign installation is “pending” . However , it’s been pending for more than 10 days !!! And no update or call back from business owner , my listing is already In escrow with no sign . This makes me look bad as an agent when my clients expected a for sale sign as part of marketing . Good thing “for sale” signs don’t sell houses , but I will never hire this company again .
