Sam at FedEx Office Petaluma delivered a fairly large print job on what seemed to be a very busy day of orders with not enough staff. He gave me several status updates throughout the day, as he knew I had a pressing deadline. I hope they are able to hire more staff to support this hard-working team as they seem to be receiving an overwhelming number of in-person and online daily orders. Thank you to Sam for his professionalism and reliability!

Multiple attempts to have a packages delivered. The package instructions specifically stated no signature required, leave at location. Multiple door tags over three days, "Unable to deliver" Hours of phone calls to customer service, assurances and guarantees after they spoke to this station manager that the package would be left. Door tags again. Assurances they would deliver, and would call in advance of the package delivery, door tag again.
Unless I'm sitting in my office, patiently waiting 10 plus hours, they haven't been able to deliver a package.
Multiple complaints over the last 6 months, still no resolution, no delivery without issues.
Absolutely horrible customer service.

If you want to receipt you have to do it all yourself. Next we'll have to rent one of their trucks and deliver it ourselves as well

I went in on 9/2/23 and had exceptional service. Victoria went out of her way to help me with a package that wasn't even for FedEx, and she had excellent rapport with the other employee, Sam who also helped me - just friendly people. They didn't make a dime of off me for shipping but I'll be a new customer here.

Then they both went above and beyond to help an elderly customer with a heavy package who came in after me.

This is in significant contrast to another shop in San Rafael where the employees were rolling eyes at each other, short with customers (not explaining how things work, etc).

Get my plans printed there. Most of the people recognize me coming in and grab my stuff right away. Adam, the manager I believe, is very friendly and personable. Can be crazy busy at times, but generally a good experience

I needed a memorial handout quickly with nice photos and pretty font for my Mother's celebration and Sam was awesome! He took the time to help me, he designed it, printed it and had it all back to me in a few hours. It was such a load off my mind and the family loved it. THANK YOU

Read the other reviews here and did not witness any of the "lack of service" as mentioned. I walked in there at 11:45 on a monday. Stood in a "one person" line for about 30 seconds before an employee asked if I needed any help. Mentioned I needed a passport pic and she gladly helped me. To grab her camera,setup the backdrop and a chair for me to sit in while taking the pic took all of 5 minutes. She even asked me if the finished pic was OK as if she was willing to take another if I did not like it. I said it was fine because the TSA are the only people that would see it. I paid her and was out of there in less than 20 minutes. Printing the pics took probably the longest time only because printers can only print glossy pics so fast....
I had a great experience there. Recommend it to anyone wanting a passport pic...
