The best cocktails I have ever had. The service was fast and kind. The restaurant itself looks really cool. The Don’t kill my Vibe drink ( Orange) was very refreshing. I only went for drinks but next time I need to try the food.

Had an amazing experience at Garp & Fuss last night. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Crispy Cali, and the service was top-notch. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The only caution I'd throw out there is if your coming for the wings you might want to go to another restaurant. Even though the flavor of these wings (with amazing charred grill marks) were so good, the wings were so little! Two of my legs were basically fried skin on a bone. Other than that, the ambiance and food were outstanding. A must-visit!

I really wanted to love this place. The hidden location, the brick walls, and the big windows made it look so charming, and the reviews had me excited. But Garp & Fuss turned out to be more fuss than anything else.

We sat down, looked over the menu, and everything sounded great. Then we waited... and waited... Meanwhile, a table of four showed up after us and had water and their orders taken almost immediately.

Our server finally took our drink orders but never refilled our water and disappeared when we mentioned we were waiting for one more person. Once our last guest arrived, it took 15 minutes for her to come back and another 20 minutes for the drinks to actually show up. She finally took our food orders, but it took another 30 minutes for the food to arrive. I don't think I've ever experienced such slow service in Winter Park.

The food was okay but nothing special. The burrata was fine--hard to mess up since it's just (which I believe was store bought) burrata, bread, jam, tomatoes, and pesto--but it didn't have the creamy, melt-in-your-mouth texture I was hoping for.

The fig and goat burger was disappointing. The patty was over-charred on the outside, even though we ordered it medium, and it was pretty small. The best part was the fried goat cheese on top, but even that wasn't enough to make up for the rest of the experience.

Overall, the space is beautiful, but the service was painfully slow, and the food didn't live up to the hype.

Garp and Fuss relies too much on its beautiful atmosphere and doesn’t focus enough on consistent service. I brought my mom on a dinner reservation last night and was seriously underwhelmed by our server.

We sat for at least 10 minutes without being offered water. When the server finally arrived, she didn’t greet us, introduce herself, or mention any specials. I had to tell her we were ready to order because she acted almost surprised to see us. It was the oddest interaction I’ve ever had at a sit-down restaurant.

Finally, I received my drink, but they forgot my mom’s drink until I asked about it. I also had to walk our check up to another server so we could pay. Honestly, it seemed like we were an afterthought to the staff during the entire meal. Mind you, this was at 5 pm and the restaurant wasn’t that busy! The experience really put a damper on my evening with my mom, which was meant to be a special occasion.

The food itself is consistently good—we enjoyed the crispy cauliflower and the Garp handheld beef sandwich, which I’ve had on other occasions. I also love the chai cocktail.

Still though, I can’t see myself returning to this restaurant often when the service is so spotty. I think these issues are easily fixable with more staff training and hope that the restaurant management will consider this.

Garp and Fuss is an absolutely amazing hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a warm and friendly team that makes you feel right at home. The food is delicious, packed with flavor and beautifully presented. This place is a must-visit if you’re in the area. Personally looking forward to returning for years to come!

Absolutely delicious, its easy to see what all the “fuss” is about. The pasta was some of the best I had in years. Be sure to ask for Lily, she is fantastic and made our experience all the better. We’ll be back for sure.

Marisa was our server and she was nothing short of amazing. She was knowledgeable about the menu, made excellent suggestions, and was super welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend Marisa’s drink of choice “Good ol thyme”. Can’t wait to visit again for brunch.

A not so hidden gem 💎 (there’s a literal sign on the street pointing you in their direction) We made reservations this evening to celebrate my partners promotion and a night without kids.

Garp & Fuss comes up everywhere for places to try in the Winter Park area (and for good reason). A perfect place for a date night. It can be found tucked in a cool alley surrounded by some other businesses, this place is gorgeous and doesn’t feel like you’re in FL. From the atmosphere, to the service, to the food they hit it out of the park. Janelle (hopefully spelled this right) was our server and she was super kind and friendly. Even helped us with making some choices and they were all on point. Thank you!

To start off, we got some drinks - da pink Cadillac and their sangria both off of their cocktail menu, they’ve been in the gym because those drinks were strong. Aside from their cocktail menu they have a ton of other wine, beer and alcohol options.

Their big pretzel with mustard and beer cheese was my appetizer choice and I had zero complaints. The ol’ lady went with the mussels - and when she finished “those were the best mussels I’ve ever had in my life” - word for word was the first thing out of her mouth

Before I continue to our entrees did I mention how great the service was? Janelle was attentive with checking in and making sure all was well (it was!) got us a box for leftovers before our entrees came (a little touch goes a long way)

For our entrees, we went with their Fuss chicken sandwich and the 12oz rib eye. These did not disappoint! The chicken sandwich was flavorful, the blueberry relish really added a great touch to an already delicious chicken cutlet sandwich, the fries as a side were shining stars too. Some of the best fries I’ve had. They managed to get them crispy but also light and fluffy on the inside. The 12oz ribeye was juicy and seasoned perfectly. Tucked under that juicy steak blanket were their Chimi potatoes that could’ve been their own meal.

Tummies full and happy, we’re asked “by chance do you guys have room for dessert? (No i didn’t) but once we found out they had a Florida Orange cake that “tastes just like a creamsicle” I knew there was only one move to make.

Yes, we got it (to-go) I can’t and won’t ever turn down a creamsicle flavored dessert. I will follow up in the morning on how that is (I’ve got high hopes). UPDATE - as expected the cake was also very delicious. Spot on description!

Seriously this place is wonderful. Shoutout to everyone who keeps this place running. Jesus Christ himself must’ve been in that kitchen tonight whipping up the food because wow! 10/10s all around.

Jokes aside; if you’re on the fence on where to go out next, give Garp & Fuss a try. There are plenty of different options if you’re picky like me. It was even tough for me to make a choice, but we will be back to try more of their menu out for certain.
